Profile information: details you add to your professional profile, such as your headline, job title, company, industry, location, skills, bio, LinkedIn URL, and photo.
Job-related information: job postings you create, applications you submit (including resumes and cover letters), and screening question answers.
Activity data: connections, messages, saved searches, referrals, and notifications.
Usage data: device and browser information, including device identifiers (such as advertising ID, device ID, or Android ID), pages visited, and interactions with the platform.

How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
To display your profile to other users and help you connect with professionals and employers.
To process job applications and deliver employer notifications about new candidates.
To power features like Autopilot matching, outreach email drafting, and marketing copy generation.
To send you notifications about application status changes, new job matches, and referral rewards.
To operate the referral program, including crediting and redeeming Featured listings.
To process payments for Featured listings and premium contact access.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the platform:

Between users: your profile, job postings, and application details are visible to other users as part of the marketplace.
Service providers: we use third-party services for payments (Base44 Payments / Wix), email delivery, and AI-powered features. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy standards.
Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data — including your profile, applications, connections, messages, and saved searches — at any time from the Danger Zone in your profile settings. This action cannot be undone.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your session, and support features like referral attribution. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

Device Identifiers

We may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID, device ID, or Android ID) to maintain security, prevent abuse, authenticate sessions, and analyze app usage. These identifiers are used for app functionality and analytics purposes. You can reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Privacy → Ads.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication tokens, row-level access controls, and secure file uploads. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we strive to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Your Rights

Access & update: you can view and edit your profile information at any time.
Delete: you can permanently delete your account and data from your profile settings.
Opt out of notifications: you can disable email alerts from your saved searches.
Withdraw consent: you can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

Children's Privacy

Tribva is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will reflect the date of the last revision above. Continued use of Tribva after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
